What is Stella Charcoal Briquette made of?
Stella Charcoal Briquette is made from locally sourced saw-dust and other agricultural waste. In order to minimize environmental pollution from the burning of waste, we convert it into energy for use as domestic and industrial fuel.
Does Stella Charcoal Briquette expire?
The shelf life is indefinite for as long as the product is stored in a cool place. However, if the product becomes damp, it will not burn properly.

Yes. Stella Charcoal Briquettes can be put out with water and re-used after the briquette has dried.

Yes, if your gas grill has a charcoal tray, then it can be used.

What exactly is your solar product?
It’s a HICCES all-in-one solar solution, available with a flexible installment plan. You get solar power right away while spreading the cost over time, subject to assessment and approval.
How does the solar system work?
The solar panel collects energy from sunlight, the battery stores it, and the inverter converts it into electricity that powers your appliances — day or night.
Do I still need fuel?
No. The solar system runs entirely on energy from the sun, so you avoid petrol or diesel costs.
Will it work at night?
Yes. The battery stores energy for later use. Actual backup time depends on your system’s capacity and the appliances you’re running.
Can it power my TV, fan, and lights?
Yes — our entry-level systems are built for basic home use: lighting, TV/decoder, DC fan, and phone charging.
Can it power a fridge or freezer?
Our mid-tier systems can run a solar fridge/freezer. For heavier use, we’ll assess your needs to recommend the right size.
Can it power an air conditioner?
Our larger systems can support a 1HP inverter AC, though heavy appliances should be used one at a time to avoid overload.
Can it power a pumping machine?
Yes — our mid-tier systems support a 1HP pumping machine. For larger systems, we recommend running the pump during the day while other heavy loads are off.
What shouldn't I use on the solar system?
Avoid electric kettles, boiling rings, and traditional water heaters — they draw very high power and can overload the system.
What is the deposit for solar financing?
You pay a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% can be paid in installments, subject to assessment and approval.
Who installs the system?
Geetee Energy supplies and installs your HICCES system using certified technicians.
Is there after-sales support?
Yes — professional installation and after-sales support are included.
How do I know which system is right for me?
We’ll look at the appliances you want to power, how many, their wattage, and how many hours of backup you need, then recommend the best-fit system.
Can I spread the payment over time?
Yes — you can spread the cost over 3, 6, or 12 months, subject to approval.
